Extra Packaging, Corp. introduces the Avail M6 glovebag for repair and maintenance operations where the work involves a small section of insulation or gasket repair/replacement. The M6 design makes it safer and easier for workers to remove asbestos containing insulation from small sections of small diameter pipe. The M6 replaces the popular Avail 2230 one-arm, repair and maintenance bag. Improvements over the 2230 include; a larger work/debris area, a pair of glovesleeves, pre-cut opening at the top and attachment collars.
The new M6 glovebag incorporates safety and labor saving features of the industry standard AVAIL glovebags. FiberGuard sealed glovesleeves, fitted collars, precut tops, no bottom seams and ultra-clear strong poly are just some of the features. The M6 dimensions are 22 inches by 60 inches with a 18 inch deep pre-cut opening at the top with collars to accommodate pipe diameters up to 6 inches, and a horizontal work area of 12 inches. The glovesleeves are set opposing each other on the bag, a significant improvement over the 2230 one-arm bag. Now the worker can easily manipulate tools inside the bag with both hands, and perform maintenance and repair activities with ease.

GSV 12- This vertical glovesheet is designed for floor-to-ceiling applications and is very popular with contractors who fabricate their own mini enclosures. In addition to pipe insulation , this product can be used on ductwork and beams. Units can be attached together using spray adhesive and tape to configure the product into glovewalls. The debris area is offset from the glovesheet and contains its own glovesleeve assembly. Flat dimensions are 8' x 15', and can safely enclose insulation diameters up to 12", with a 12' vertical work area. Six arm sets per unit. Available in 10 mil only.

GSH 620-8-3- Designed for large horizontal ducts, beams and pipe. This mini-enclosure allows workers to safely contain awkwardly sized insulation surfaces. Eight arm sets per unit make all surfaces in containment easily accessible. Three debris chambers/chutes channel waste away from the work area. Flat glovesheet dimensions are 20' x 12', folded dimensions are 20' x 6' which enclose duct, beam and pipe insulation diameters up to 30", and can safely contain a 18' horizontal work area. Available in 10 mil only.

GSH 1220-14-4- This extra large glovesheet enclosure is perfect for large ducts, beams, pipes and boilers. Fourteen armsets per unit make all surfaces in containment easily accessible. Four debris chambers/chutes channel waste away from the work area. Flat glovesheet dimensions are 20' x 24', folded dimensions are 20' x 12' which enclose insulation diameters up to 72", and can safely contain a 18' horizontal work area. Available in 10 mil only.
